Bridgewater Cemetery Vandalism- Who is doing this?

Further to the recent news on Southshorenow.ca which tells that Bridgewater Cemetery has yet again been vandalised (I believe 3 times in one year now)...WHO is doing this? Is it the same people, why would they do it?

Police in Bridgewater are hoping someone can help them identify two people believed to be responsible for weekend vandalism that left 80 grave markers damaged in Brookside Cemetery.

An officer noted two youths, a male and a female, running from the area around 3:45 p.m. Sunday. Efforts to track them failed, but the pair are described as being in their mid- to late teens.

The girl had long, brown hair and was wearing a white hooded sweater. The boy had short, dark hair and was wearing a black T-shirt.

No estimate for the damage was available Monday morning. This is the third incident of vandalism in the cemetery since summer......
