A Winter Walk in Card Lake Park, Windsor Road starting 1:00 pm. Free. Enjoy a family, winter walk in the wonderful surroundings of Card Lake Park. Brad Armstrong will be offering a guided walk of the forest in the Card Lake area complete with natural history, local lore and stories. During the walk, pick up tips on winter wilderness survival including flora and fauna identification, finding shelter and building a fire. Hot chocolate and treats provided on the trail. Dress for conditions, bring water and snowshoes. If needed, we will have some extra snowshoes for those who do not have them. All ages welcome. Please call to register at 275-3490.
